2. Our Services Skarlo is a design and technology studio offering brand, web, and product design services. Pricing is provided on a per-project basis following an initial consultation. Indicative project fees typically range from £10,000–£100,000 depending on scope and complexity.
3. Engaging Our Services To commission work, clients submit an enquiry via our website or direct contact. We issue a Scope of Work and invoice for review. Work begins upon receipt of a deposit payment, which constitutes acceptance of our terms.
4. Payment Payments are invoiced in GBP, EUR or USD and are due as set out in each project agreement. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Cancellation & Refunds Projects may be cancelled with 7 days' written notice. Fees corresponding to work completed are non-refundable. Unused portions of prepaid work may be held as credit at our discretion.
6. Delivery Timelines are agreed on a per-project basis and confirmed in writing. Delivery is contingent on timely client input and approvals.
7. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, clients own the final approved deliverables. Skarlo retains rights to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
